Poppy's Place Part 2

I haven't played a whole lot this week. What little energy I've had has been spent getting ready for the baby. The nursery is functional now, but there is still a lot to be done. 12 days to go! It's getting scary...

I did dust off my lvl 43 captain since she was close to leveling. I took her out to Evendim to finish off some light blue quests. My herald kept hanging up on the landscape so I switched to banners. I like doing the quests up to Tomb of Elendil. They are painful for the amount of swimming required, but I like being on the right quest if a group needs help. I snagged an adamant shard off of Rycroft the Wretched while finishing up a couple of exploration deeds. The deeds gave me just enough xp to finish off my level. I haven't had a chance to try out my lvl 44 skill yet.

Petey and I pooled our gold and bought a kinship house for our Burgzerg hobbits. Now we are completely broke and can't decorate it yet :p We took his guardian and my minstrel over to Eregion to grind half-orcs and hopefully make some cash. We didn't do so well on the cash department, but made a good dent on the deed. We killed the signature Pukhlor, but even though he was 51 he only dropped a beryl shard.

Petey installed Windows 7 on his laptop and has been having good luck with it. His frame rate seems to be up by 5 frames or so despite turning up his graphics. If it remains stable we'll probably reformat my computer to Windows 7 and dump Vista.
