Defeat 200 Grims in Forochel.

Lestache of the LoTRO forums says "The little path up to the Guaradain Sorcerer is the only spot I've found with consistent grims. There should be 5-6 on that path. I'd highly suggest reading a book or doing something else while you kill them, though - they don't respawn fast enough for you to be constantly fighting."

If there is the slightest trace of a once-living spirit within the Grim, it would seem that it is not enough to show any sign of compassion or mercy. At the slightest sign of warmth or life they strike, seemingly intent on snuffing it out in a howling assault of hail and hatred.
