Defeat 300 pale-folk in Tham Mírdain.

Anamatronix from the LoTRO forums says the "Best way to do this one (and you can solo it easy at 60) is make your way to one of the boss's room, and trigger him. The initial 3 pale folk run at you, kill them, step out of the room, reset, do it again. Boring, yes, but easily the fastest way to get it out of the way."
