To get to Menem-munz, Audessa of the LotRO forums recommends that you "Find Flik near the Deep Descent questing hub. Head towards the left of the cliff (by a rock) and look down. You'll see a few bugs but most importantly, a place to land.

Jump off and head towards the walk way that *should* be in front of you. It'll put you in the center and get your location deed."
