Have you ever though of putting your Virtues page into a iPhone/Android app? I've never programmed before so I'm not sure how much work is involve. Have it as a check off sheet. When you open the app, it asks you which character virtue check off form you want to open, create new character check off list or open Virtue work sheet.
When you choose new, enter in your LOTRO characters name, select what virtues you want for that character and hit save.
This brings you to the check off list. Just list you site, sort by zone or by virtue. It'll show what you need to complete for that selection. Have a check box available for when it's completed. When you check the box, have it change color or strike through- not sure what's better. When you go back one page, it shows the main list of zones/virtues. Choose which other virtue/zone you want to view and it bring s up that list.
On the home page, choose virtue work sheet. Just like you site, choose your virtues and rank level. This will show you what bonuses your character will have.
I don't know how hard this would be to set up or how many other people would use it. But I know I would use it and would recommend it to a lot of people. I point people to this site if they're working on virtues.
